Asset Integrity Management

AIS can support your organisation in major oil and gas plant shutdown campaigns, both off shore and on shore through planning support, procurement of critical access & safety equipment, supervision and skilled labour.

In addition AIS uses IRATA Rope Access techniques to provide superior access and safety for difficult to reach or potentially dangerous locations where traditional access is slow and less cost effective.

AIS provides personnel, and specialist equipment ranging from tensioned netting, high and ultra high pressure water units, pumps, confined space entry equipment including entry & ventilation equipment, breathing apparatus, PDA's, personnel tracking devices, escape sets, rescue and gas monitoring equipment.

Dropped Object Surveys

Alpha Integrated Solutions provide qualified inspectors to conduct a thorough dropped objects survey and removal campaigns of agreed areas,documenting findings with photographic support and providing  recommendations for future risk mitigation.

The aim of these surveys is to locate loose items left over from construction or maintenance activities and identify items that are at risk from becoming dropped objects in the future. 

At risk items are usually secured or removed during the course of the survey which can reduce LTI's 
caused  by dropped objects.

Our findings are presented in a clear photographic report format  and corrective action log for close out.

Through this data our clients can quantify there risk reduction efforts and measure against KPI's.

Shutdown Support
