I have had my L1 UT for a while now and I was going to do L2 ECI .... but a few people have said I would be better off upgrading my L1 UT ticket to L2 as it is used much more (I agree with this point) and ECI is more aerospace and heat exchanges (thinner materials). Any advice/opinions on this matter would be VERY helpful as I am due to pay the remainder of my course fee, thanks.

UT all the way - L2 is used much more than ECI so you'll get more bang for your buck (you can see the significant margin between the two in the link below).
