I am relatively new to the industry and I have heard a few people talking about being self-employed. Can anyone give me some advice regarding this? Do the companies have liability insurance or do you need to have your own? Does anyone know of a good accountant in Aberdeenshire who knows about being self-employed in the oil and gas industry?

There's plenty around Aberdeen Willie, just don't use Williamsons in Banchory (my opinion only) tw*t nearly cost me a fortune
