Cape has operated in Australia since 2007, via the acquisition of several key service providers across the country. We support clients in the onshore and offshore oil and gas, power generation, minerals and mining, petrochemical, shipbuilding, non-ferrous metals, defence and other industrial sectors.
We employ more than 1,800 people across Australia to provide a range of fabric maintenance services including scaffold and rope access, industrial cleaning, insulation and coatings, blasting, refractory and asbestos management. We work for a variety of large industrial customers across the region, including Alcoa, BHP Billiton, BP, Rio Tinto, Orica, Chevron, Woodside, FMG, Australian Submarine Corporation, NSM and Newmont. Our customers call on our resources, experience and expertise for both baseload and shutdown maintenance as well as capital project works.

For over 30 years, Cape has been a world-leading supplier of scaffolding and alternative access services to on and offshore environments. We play a key role in supporting major players across a variety of industrial sectors. We use our own equipment for our access services, which is manufactured to internationally recognised standards for safety and reliability.
Over the last 20 years, Cape has developed unrivalled expertise in rope access and abseiling techniques both on and offshore. We hold full IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) membership in various locations across our footprint, specifically in the UK, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Philippines and Australia.
