Most companies start with PL2 for priority placement and intelligence with more extensive marketing for training courses and recruitment. Choose PL1 if you primarily want enhanced visibility, regional recruitment support and/or basic training courses advertising. Choose Partner if you want top placement and strategic authority positioning.

Payment confirmation is immediate. Membership activation and upgrade processing may take up to 12 hours. You will receive confirmation by email as soon as access is fully enabled.

We accept secure online payments via Stripe, including major debit and credit cards. We also offer direct bank transfer from the payment link. Flexible payment options may be available at checkout for eligible regions, including Klarna (UK).

No. Memberships are billed annually and can be renewed at your discretion. There are no multi-year commitments required. If you choose the Partner Continuity Plan, your protected rate remains valid while the account renews without interruption.

The Partner Continuity Plan secures Partner status at a protected annual rate for companies committing to a minimum 2-year term, billed annually in advance.

The protected rate remains valid while the account renews without interruption. If membership lapses, is downgraded, or the 2-year continuity term is not honoured, the protected rate is permanently removed.

Yes. You will receive an email receipt immediately after payment. Additionally, we will send you a full invoice in PDF format once your account is fully upgraded (please let us know if you need a purchase Order number included). Contact the helpdesk if you need any more information and we will assist.

Once processed, your account access updates after around 12 hours. Upgrades require manual intervention as we need to create satellite sites (for Partners) and various other stylistic elements.
