For the same reasons, we cannot also promise 100% functionality of additional systems. We will not accept any responsibility for losses resulting from any temporary interruption of service or other problems with service. If any errors come to your attention, please notify us immediately and we will remedy the problem as soon as reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to withdraw your right to use any private log in area(s) on the web site at any time, with or without justification or notification and to withdraw all passwords and user names and delete any stored documents you may have on our servers (CV's/brochures etc).
The content of any articles on the web site is intended to be interesting and informative an we make every effort to provide accurate, high quality content but cannot guarantee that it is error-free or accurate - this is particularly true of entries from other users of the web site (in particular our user forums or chat). We recommend you independently verify any information given and take independent advice before acting or refraining from acting as a result of anything you read on the web site. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility arising from your failure to so do.

Article Submissions; You agree to allow us to distribute any article you submit to a variety of international locations. Your articles will remain unedited and full attribution will be given to the article author.
Job Uploads; We reserve the right to remove and/or edit all job ads. We ask that when placing job ads seeking personnel that you do not include website urls or encourage users to circumvent our system for applying for positions. We work to maintain the most optimum delivery for personnel and for companies.
Personnel database; The CV download function is a complimentary addition to a premium account. The terms of use of the CV download feature are strictly for recruitment purposes in conjunction with an existing vacancies and limited to a fair number (circa x45) of CV downloads per vacancy. Attempted harvesting of the database will result in the immediate suspension of the CV download function and/or company account. We reserve the right to withdraw access to the personnel database at any time without notice.
Company Job Listings; In the case of a company having multiple geographical offices and only one account able to upload jobs, job vacancies uploaded should pertain to the account holding office's requirement only. Accounts are not transferrable. Additional offices must have a separate account to upload job adverts. Cross office job postings are not acceptable and will be deleted.
Account Usage:
For companies: Rigg Access accounts are provided on an annual, per business unit basis. Access to usage is expressly restricted to the purchasing business unit. Unauthorised access by third parties may result in immediate suspension and/or forfeiture of usage by the account holder. We reserve the right to withdraw account usage on this basis.
For personnel: Rigg Access accounts are provided on an annual, per person basis. Access to usage is expressly restricted to the purchasing individual. Unauthorised access by third parties may result in immediate suspension and/or forfeiture of usage by the account holder. We reserve the right to withdraw account usage on this basis.
Editorial Oversight:
All content uploaded by account holders is subject to editorial oversight before publication. We reserve the right not to publish information that we may view as a conflict of interest or incompatible with company policy.
Additional Copyright Information; You acknowledge that all content on the web site is the copyright of either Rigg Access Ltd (www.rigg-access.com) or third parties (wherever mentioned) and that you may copy pages, information or articles from the web site (without removal copyright notices or accreditation to third parties) for your own personal use but you may not copy or reproduce any material for commercial purpose without our express written consent, please contact us for more information and to discuss your requirements.

Your responsibilities; Inclusion in our personnel or company databases allows you to have your own private log in area ("dashboard / control panel") that requires user name and password authentication ("access information"). You are responsible for keeping them safe keeping and will be held responsible for any behaviour carried out by unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate your log in details and/or account(s) membership without notice or explanation.
Personnel Database; Your personal information that you include in your online profile will be made available to potential employers who are listed in our companies database and no one else, we do not rent, sell or pass on your details to anyone else (please see our privacy policy for more information). Please note that once your details have passed on to the company, we cannot be held responsible for their subsequent usage.
By adding your details to our databases you agree to receive our periodic communications, these are designed to let you know about: technical innovations, new product introductions, how any times your profile is being viewed and other current statistical analysis of your details. Failure to agree will result in account cancellation.
You also agree to maintain a current email address, failure will result in account deletion (bounced emails are a drain on our resources).
Rigg Access AI Functions: From time to time, Rigg Access may include Rigg Access AI Functions as part of the Service. This section of the Terms applies to Rigg Access AI Functions where you provide information (“Input”) and receive output generated and returned by the Rigg Access Al Functions based on the Input (“Output”, and together with Input, “Al Content”). For purposes of clarity, Output shall exclude the Service, Third-Party Services, Documentation, and Usage Information.
When you use such Rigg Access AI Functions, as between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the AI Content. You are solely responsible for your AI Content, including compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Other users providing similar Input to Rigg Access Al Functions may receive the same or similar Output. Responses received by other users are not your AI Content.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH USING RIGG ACCESS AI FUNCTIONS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. DO NOT RELY ON FACTUAL ASSERTIONS IN OUTPUT WITHOUT INDEPENDENT FACT-CHECKING. DO NOT RELY ON DESIGNS, WORKFLOWS/PROCESSES, OR CODE IN OUTPUT WITHOUT INDEPENDENT REVIEW OF FUNCTIONALITY AND SUITABILITY FOR YOUR NEEDS. NO SUCH INFORMATION, SUGGESTIONS, OR OUTPUT OBTAINED BY YOU FROM RIGG ACCESS OR THROUGH RIGG ACCESS AI FUNCTIONS SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.
You may not use Rigg Access AI Functions or Output:
(1) to develop foundation models or other large-scale models that compete with Rigg Access or the Rigg Access AI Functions;
(2) to mislead any person that Output from the Service was solely human-generated;
(3) in a manner that violates any technical documentation, usage guidelines, or parameters;
(4) to make automated decisions that may have a detrimental impact on individual rights without appropriate human supervision; or
(5) in a manner that infringes, violates, or misappropriates any of our rights or the rights of any third party.
Company Database; Your company contact information that you include in your online profile will be made available to potential customers, clients and employees (who are listed in our personnel database) and no one else, we do not rent, sell or pass on your details to anyone else (please see our privacy policy for more information). Please note that once your details have passed on to the third party, we cannot be held responsible for their subsequent usage.
By adding your details to our databases you agree to receive our monthly statistics notifications, these are designed to let you know how many times your profile is being viewed and other current statistical analysis of your details. Failure to agree will result in account cancellation without notice.
You also agree to maintain a current email address, failure will result in account deletion (bounced emails are a drain on our resources).
Payment:
Cash or Cheque with Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are immediate payment in full prior to upgrade to any level. All services remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. For yearly rebilling, monies that remain outstanding by 30 days will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of England's base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed £3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
Returned cheques will incur a £25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate any arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.
Exclusions; If you respond to any employment request or advertisement, we are not involved in any dealings between you and the person(s) or entities concerned.
We are not responsible to you for any consequential loss or damage arising from any breach of this agreement or from usage of any of our services. Our liability under this agreement is limited to zero.
We provide links to other web sites for a number of reasons, including the provision of useful contact names/details and information in the form of advice and article. We cannot accept responsibility for any losses you incur as a result of following any link on our web site or following article advice (which may also have been written and compiled by a third party).
Downloadable content is provided in an 'as is' state. We we use up-to-date virus checker on every file stored on our server and sent through our mailing systems but we cannot guarantee all viruses and other digital devices designed to interfere with the normal or proper functioning of software and hardware. We advise you to always maintain your own up-to-date virus checker and to exercise reasonable caution before downloading anything from our web site or any other site.
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss arising from virii acquired from our web site, software or systems.
Rigg Access Liability; The Rigg Access Site and sire affiliates act as, among other things, locations for (A) employers to post job openings and search for and evaluate job candidates and (B) a location for candidates to post CVs and Profiles and to search for job opportunities within the Rope Access and related NDT industries. Rigg Access does not vet, screen or censor the listings (this includes all profiles added to our databases).
Rigg Access is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates and as a result Rigg Access is not responsible for user content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs, CVs or information posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employing companies to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.
Rigg Access makes no representations about any jobs, CVs or User Content on any Rigg Access Sites or affiliated sites. Whilst Rigg Access reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove user content, job postings, CVs or other material from the Rigg Access sites or affiliated sites from time to time, Rigg Access does not assume any obligation to do so and to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.
Rigg Access Forums provide a venue for individuals to network for professional and personal purposes and Rigg Access does not screen or censor the profiles, user submitted content (including images and documents) on the Rigg Access Sites or affiliated sites. Rigg Access is not involved in the actual communications between users (both companies and personnel). As a result, Rigg Access has no control over the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Profiles or User Content submitted on the Rigg Access Sites and makes no representations about any profile or user supplied content (including images and documents) on the Rigg Access Site or affiliated sites.
Note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers or people acting under false identities or pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the
Rigg Access Sites or affiliated sites. By its very nature other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that You will use caution and common sense when using the Rigg Access Site or affiliated sites.
Because User authentication on the Internet is difficult, Rigg Access or affiliated sites cannot and does not confirm that each user - whether company or personnel - is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants on any Rigg Access or affiliated sites, in the event that You have a dispute with one or more users, You release Rigg Access or affiliated sites (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Rigg Access or affiliated sites and the Rigg Access content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Rigg Access makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any Rigg Access Site or the Rigg Access Content. The use of all Rigg Access or affiliated sites and the Rigg Access content is entirely at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to Rigg Access or affiliated sites and may be made at any time. Rigg Access cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of any Rigg Access or affiliated sites. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by any user from Rigg Access or through or from any Rigg Access or affiliated sites shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
If you are a Polish resident, You acknowledge that on the basis of Article 558 ss 1 of the Polish Civil Code, Rigg Access’s warranty for the physical and legal defects of the offered products/services is excluded.
If You are a California resident, You waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor."
Rigg Access encourages You to keep a back-up copy of any of your user created content. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Rigg Access be liable for the deletion, loss, or unauthorized modification of any user related content.
Rigg Access does not provide or make any representation as to the quality or nature of any of the third party products or services purchased through any Rigg Access or affiliated sites, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty. Any such undertaking, representation, warranty or guaranty would be furnished solely by the provider of such third party products or services, under the terms agreed to by the provider.
If You believe that something on the Rigg Access or affiliated sites violates these Terms please contact our designated agent as stated set forth in Section 8 in our privacy policy.
If notified of any content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, Rigg Access may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to remove or request the removal of the content. Rigg Access has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.
